Terms of Business

I offer therapy for adults both online and in person, with appointments available via video call or face-to-face. Sessions usually take place on the same day and at the same time each week.

Our initial session is an opportunity to explore what has led you to seek therapy, discuss what you hope to gain from the process, and consider how I can best support you. Together, we'll look at the therapeutic approach that is likely to be the most helpful for your individual needs.

Building a trusting relationship with your therapist is an important part of the process, so the first session also gives you the chance to decide whether you feel we're a good fit. There is no obligation to book any further appointments after this initial meeting.

If you choose to continue, therapy can be arranged on either a short-term basis, starting from six sessions, or as open-ended work without a fixed end date. We will review our progress regularly to ensure the sessions continue to meet your needs and support your goals.

Fees :

Online therapy: £60 per 1-hour session payable before each session.
In-Person therapy: £80 per 1-hour session payable before each session

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling client appointments. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.

In the event of a serious accident, emergency, or other similar situation outside the client’s control, please deal with your situation first and notify us at the earliest convenient time.
